help with massive depression!

i have been depressed, not eating, not sleeping, my body hurts, i have tried everything. All i do is cry all day I'm never happy, and i always feel guilty for EVERYTHING, i don't have a lot of money or any for that matter, and i afraid i wont be able to take it much longer. The mental pain is so strong, i physically hurt. what should i do?

Go to your primary care doctor. Or to your county mental health. They will get you in to see a psychiatrist. There is help out there. If you are suicidal or giving up go to local er and they will call crisis to come meet with you and do a plan.
